On Friday 2nd October, I was delighted to be invited, as Patron, to visit Women’s Work at their new premises in a former Convent. Women’s Work is a National Award Winning Charity that helps disadvantaged and vulnerable women by offering them a variety of programmes to suit their personal needs. The new premises offers them much more space than their previous building, with individual counselling rooms, rest rooms, therapy rooms and a creche.
