For many years, I have been convening meetings between senior trade union leaders and one of the largest employers in the whole region, Rolls-Royce, who employ a huge number of my constituents.
These meetings are productive opportunities for discussion and debate, and I am pleased to be able to stand up for both my constituents and for Rolls-Royce, who are innovative and world-leading drivers of economic growth.
